BeeSafe Fire & Security strive to exceed our customer’s expectations through all aspects of our business by delivering a service that is fit for purpose. We are more than happy to work directly with our customers or in partnership with contractors, facilities management companies and consultants.

We take responsibility for all parts of a project from system design, specification, installation and commissioning with on-going service and maintenance. We project manage our own installations and take responsibility for system handover and operational training. We undertake all installation work in-house and employ our own installation and service engineers; only using subcontract labour when absolutely necessary where they are under day to day supervision of our qualified engineers and management team. We feel that the fundamental advantage of having our own in-house engineering team is so we can ensure that we deliver a consistent high standard of work.

We apply the same principles to our service and maintenance work as we feel that this approach ensures that we can deliver a high percentage of first-time fixes. Subject to a signed agreement we provide a 24 hour, 7 days a week service team with response times well with the industry standard targets. We believe in being flexible and can tailor a support contract to specific system / customer requirements.

Our Intruder Alarm contracts are fully comprehensive to include all parts and labour thus extending the warranty of products for the duration of the contract period (subject to terms). Comprehensive service and maintenance schemes to Fire Alarms, Access Control and CCTV Systems are available on request. Preventative maintenance visits are scheduled in advance and can be carried out at a time to best suit each customer.
